The calendar file adds every slot as a separate event, so your photographer and caterer can import the run-of-show rather than retyping it.

Timeline & Schedule FAQ

Everything on this page runs in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, and nothing costs anything.

Nikah, Walima and Reception each come with a starting timeline you can edit freely, so you are not building an order of events from a blank page.

Edit the activities to match your day, then download the PDF. Email it to your coordinator or print copies for vendor stands and welcome tables.

Yes, every item on the timeline can be edited, reordered, added or deleted, so the preset is a starting point rather than a fixed structure.

Yes, the print layout scales to fit A4 and Letter sizes without clipping, so you can also cut it down to cardstock size if you want printed programme cards.

Only in the current session, in your browser. Download the PDF once you are happy with it, since refreshing the page will reset any unsaved edits.

The running order everyone needs

A schedule is not for the couple; it is for everyone else. The makeup artist needs to know when to arrive, the caterer when food is served, the photographer when the baraat leaves, and both families when the ceremony actually begins.

Write it hour by hour and share it with every vendor in advance. Most wedding-day problems are timing problems, and almost all of them are visible on a written schedule the day before.

Build in slack

Events run late. Photography before the ceremony always takes longer than planned, and guests arrive across a window rather than at a time. Padding each block by fifteen minutes absorbs the normal drift without collapsing the rest of the day.

Name one person per event to field vendor questions on the day — not the couple, and not a parent who is also hosting.

Ceremony-specific layouts

A Nikah has a defined order: guests seated, the Khutbah, the Mahr confirmed aloud, the Ijab-o-Qubool before the witnesses, the signing, the du’a and then sweets. A Gaye Holud, a Mehndi and a reception each run differently.

Pick the layout, set your own times against it, and print a copy for each vendor.
